National board
Michael Greene, nON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR (chairperson & Company Secretary/Legal)
Michael is the Deputy Managing Partner of Norton Rose Fulbright Australia and Head of its National Government Practice. He was formerly Managing Partner of Henry Davis York and was with the firm for over 24 years. During that time Michael held many other leadership roles, including as a member of the Board, Leader of the firm's Commercial Dispute Resolution Practice and Head of the firm's Government Sector Practice. He has acted for public and private sector clients in the government, financial services and corporate sectors.
Geoffrey Munday, Non-Executive Director (Youth Services)
Geoff is a Chartered Accountant with over 35 years’ experience in the finance sector, including roles as a senior finance and project manager, before starting his own professional Financial Planning practice 10 years ago. He has been involved with Streetwork since 1980, and has been a Board member for over 20 years.
SCOTT ATKINSON, NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY)
Scott started work in the IT industry with IBM straight out of university. Five years later, he left to start an IT consulting company Netforce. The business was sold to the global company Dimension Data in 2010. In 2014 Scott joined BigAir (ASX:BGL) to help establish and grow the Cloud and Managed Services side of the business. Scott joined TribeTech in 2018 and is currently busy fulfilling its growth ambitions. Scott has a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Science (Computing) from QUT and an Executive MBA from AGSM/UNSW.
matthew clarke, Non-Executive Director (fundraising & corporate partnerships)
Matt has enjoyed a diverse career in Australia, NZ, and Britain spanning television, small business and as Managing Director of high-profile cancer charity Tour de Cure. Since retiring, Matt has focused on helping charities grow their communities and expand their impacts to help more of those most in need. Matt was drawn to Streetwork by the dedicated, effective youth case workers and the proven track record of the Kickstart Mentoring Program in turning around the lives of high risk vulnerable young people. As well as Streetwork, Matt is proud to be on the board of cancer charity RunDIPG, the Tour De Cure Cancer Grants Committee and as a refugee mentor with Community Refugee Sponsorship Australia.
adam roberts, Non-Executive Director (finance)
Adam is a senior investment professional at Cerberus responsible for Australasian coverage across all asset classes: private equity, private credit, financial services, real estate and infrastructure / renewables. Prior to joining Cerberus, Adam held various roles within Macquarie’s Asset Management (MAM) division globally across private equity and alternative asset classes, with roles spanning both Europe and Asia-Pac. He holds a Master of Public Administration at the London School of Economics and degrees in Law and Commerce (majoring in Finance) from Bond University, where he was a Collegiate Scholar and annual Alumni Student Award recipient for his graduating year. Adam is also a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
Cindy penrose, non-executive director (for-purpose organisations)
Recently appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer of Victoria’s truth telling process, the Yoorrook Justice Commission, Cindy previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer and Company Secretary for the Paul Ramsay Foundation, where she also chaired the Foundation’s Criminal Justice Taskforce. Prior to this, Cindy was the first female Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Bar Association (the law industry’s peak body, representing 6000 barristers nationally) and a former Assistant Director of the Australian Defence Force’s Abuse Response Taskforce. She has considerable experience in both private practice and government as a criminal defence lawyer and has lectured in both criminal and tort law. A passionate advocate for mental health, Cindy helped to establish BarCare and is a Director with Mind Count.
Liong Lim, non-executive director (governance and risk)
Currently flourishing in his role as Director of Risk for TV broadcasting giant, Nine, Liong has previously worked in senior executive roles in both Sydney and London leading risk, legal and governance arenas. Prior to taking on the role at Nine, Liong was the Chief Risk Officer and Company Secretary at GROW Inc, and prior to that worked for the Commonwealth Bank advising on policy and digital initiatives. Liong has extensive experience with Boards and Board Committees. He is particularly focussed on setting up programs to help organisations achieve social goals and establish strong corporate integrity.
Ben Pratt, non-executive director (government relations)
Ben has over 20 years’ experience in corporate affairs, government relations and stakeholder engagement. He is currently the Director of Corporate Affairs with Australia’s largest provider of integrated provider of import and export logistics services, Qube Holdings and has previously held various senior roles with other ASX listed organisations including APA Group, QBE Insurance and BHP. Ben is a proven and experienced leader with a strong track record as a trusted advisor to senior executive teams, Boards, and both State and Federal politicians. Ben holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), and a Bachelor of Arts in Policy Studies from Deakin University.

jane vincent, co-chair, northern beaches local board
Awarded an Order of Australia Medal in 2023 for her significant contribution to the community through a variety of different organisations, Jane Vincent has been involved with Streetwork for over a decade now. latterly as Chair and now Co-chair of the Northern Beaches Local Board. Jane brings a rich blend of passion, high-value contacts and hands-on volunteering to bear and remains active across all areas of her local community, from sport (particularly swimming and netball) through to specific causes that she holds dear (the plight of vulnerable young people being one such example).

Philip has extensive experience in stakeholder relations and business development, including brand development, fundraising, marketing, communications and client service. He held various roles at the global bank UBS AG prior to co-founding the alternative investment management business Rye Bay Capital. Philip holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Birmingham. He has been involved with Streetwork since early 2022 and is proud to be the co-chairperson of the Northern Beaches Local Board, as well as more recently taking on the role of part-time Assertive Outreach Coordinator.

Helen Campbell, chair North Shore Local Board
Helen specialises in Organizational Change Management and Leadership and Workshop Facilitation. She is a Master Accredited Change Manager and a Certified Professional Facilitator, Author of Managing Organizational Change (Kogan Page London), co-author of The Effective Change Manager’s Handbook (Kogan Page London). Helen also teaches at Macquarie Graduate School of Management and is frequently invited to speak at conferences and on expert panels. In addition to her successful change management career, Helen is co-founder of the Change Management Institute (CMI) and was a Board member for eight years. She chaired the Change Management Body of Knowledge Global Advisory Panel and was CMI Chief Accreditation Assessor. Helen was awarded lifetime membership of CMI in recognition of her services to the profession. She has a passion for helping people design, implement and sustain change so that it delivers a return on investment, minimises disruption and builds capability.

sarah browett, chair Hornsby-Ku-ring-gai Local Board
Sarah has been passionate in the areas of community, young people and mental health for a number of years, providing support within non-for-profits, through volunteer roles as well as her own coaching business (set up to deliver positive change in the areas of relationship, goal setting and mindset). With a passion to help those walking a less-fortunate path to be awarded opportunities to be able to make change and impact their own life towards a brighter future, Sarah has been an active supporter of Streetwork since early 2021. Her two decades of corporate success span a range of roles and industries, always with strong ‘people-focus’ at their core. Certified in training & assessment, NLP and life-coaching strategies, Sarah is very of the impact we all have in what shapes our world & future.

CHRIS CORNEIL - ADVISOR TO THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE oFFICER
Chris has nearly 30 years of business, management and governance experience. Originally from Canada, Chris was most recently the Australasian CEO of an investment management organisation comprising a $25 billion funds management arm and operating seven other lines of business across three major markets in two countries. Chris is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and joined the Streetwork Board in 2014.
