It was great to attend an event hosted by Huber Social on Leading in Social Impact: Principles of Best Practice.

Streetwork has been working with Huber Social for over 8 years on social impact measurement, and they have assisted us in measuring the shifts in the wellbeing (impact) of the vulnerable young people we work with. They have also assisted us in measuring shifts in a young person's capabilities and opportunity needs (outcomes).

Huber Social collects data from young people directly impacted through online surveys and then statistical analysis of this data to identify shifts in well-being and what needs to be done to maximize their wellbeing. Together, we have codesigned our approach, ensuring data is collected accurately and ethically.
